HaiyiBeauty Return and Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take full responsibility for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your package does not arrive or arrives with damaged items, we offer the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will send you a new product free of charge.
  • Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a full refund for the affected items.

2. Return and Refund Policy After Receiving the Product

If you receive the product in good condition but later decide to return it for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, no longer needed), the following conditions apply:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • After 7 days of receiving the product, return shipping and any customs clearance fees will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Customer Responsibilities for Returns

  • You must contact and arrange your own return shipping with a logistics company of your choice.
  • HaiyiBeauty does not provide prepaid return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs.
  • Any customs clearance fees or additional costs associated with the return will be your responsibility.
  • The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the returned product is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee.

3. Exceptions – Quality Issues

If the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue (not caused by shipping damage), we offer a full refund or replacement with free return shipping.
